Terms of use

1. What this agreement covers

These terms govern use of the website sellnbuy.by, the Sell & Buy Admin and Sell & Buy POS mobile apps, and the Sell & Buy cloud services at sellnbuy.space. The operator is Individual Entrepreneur Vladislav Vladimirovich Kalach, UNP 193266114.

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not register and do not use the services.

2. Registration

One account is used for the cloud service, Sell & Buy Admin and Sell & Buy POS. When you register you provide:

• your given name and, if you wish, surname and patronymic;
• an email address;
• a password of 8 to 128 characters with a digit, a lowercase letter and an uppercase letter;
• an interface language;
• details of your own company, or an invitation token for an existing company.

You can sign in after you confirm the email via the link in the message. You cannot create a company and accept an invitation at the same time. An invitation token is valid for a limited time and can be accepted once.

3. Account security

You keep the password to yourself and do not give it to other people. The server stores only a hash of the password. You agree to:

• give accurate information when you register;
• not share access with anyone who is not allowed to work in your company;
• tell support@sellnbuy.space at once if you suspect someone else is using the account.

Changing the password ends Sell & Buy Admin and Sell & Buy POS sessions: you need to sign in again. After a series of wrong passwords, sign-in may be blocked for a while.

4. Acceptable use

The services may be used to run your own company. You may not:

• post unlawful, offensive or harmful content;
• access other companies, bypass permission limits or protection systems;
• run load tests or use bots in a way that interferes with the service, without our consent;
• upload data you have no right to process.

5. Rights in data and materials

The texts, interface, logos and program code of the site and the apps belong to the operator. Company data — menu, warehouse, clients, messages and other materials you enter — remains your company's data.

You give the operator the right to store and show those materials to you and to users of your company so the service can work. That right does not transfer ownership of your data to the operator, and it ends when the data is deleted under the privacy policy or the law.

6. Service availability

The site, the apps and the cloud services are provided “as is”. We maintain them, but we do not promise a specific uptime percentage or uninterrupted operation every minute. There may be pauses for maintenance and bug fixes.

While the product is developing, individual features may change. If a company has a separate contract, that contract prevails over this section.

7. Suspension, account deletion and restoration

We may restrict sign-in if an account breaches these terms, is marked for deletion, or if the law requires it. A temporary block after wrong passwords follows the sign-in rules and does not delete data.

You can delete the account in Sell & Buy Admin by confirming the current password, or without installing the app via the account deletion page. For 15 days the account can be restored by signing in at sellnbuy.space. The user account is then deleted. Orders, fiscal documents and accounting records may remain if the law requires them to be kept. Details are on the deletion page and in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Where a separate contract with the company applies, that contract prevails.

9. Changes

The current version of the terms is always available at sellnbuy.by/terms. The date at the top of the page is the revision date. We tell business partners about material changes by email.
